Beautiful home in Ajax, ON with a home owner that knew what she liked and wanted us to do. New Laminate Flooring on the second floor, Hardwood Flooring on the main floor with tile accents in powder room and entrance, Custom Staircase with wrought iron pickets and beautifully stained staircase in a matte stain.
50 year old apartment triplex in North York, Toronto, ON. The walls were bumpy, wavy and full of holes, flooring was old, buckling, and lifting due to water damage and lack of care. We skim-coated the walls to give a nice smooth finish and completely removed flooring and self leveled existing foundation. We put in brand new porcelain tile flooring to give the space a more updated contemporary feel. Finished with brand new bath, kitchen, closet, paint and new lighting.

Client wanted a home theater in their basement without breaking the bank. We were able to bring this design together on a Low budget, while still not sacrificing the style of a custom movie theater.
